For your Convenience, Queens Surgical Corp. offers payment methods such as:

We accept all forms of payment listed above. For any questions or concerns, please
email us at info@queenssurgical.net.
Payment will be processed upon placement of your order. If the order is cancelled or a
product in your order is no longer available, a refund will be issued to that payment
method, generally within 2-5 business days.
If you need to cancel or amend your web order, please call us immediately as once your
order is sent to our warehouse it is difficult to prevent shipment.

If you decide to cancel
your order after the deadline, we’ll simply process your request as a return.


For all online orders, credit card information is not stored. we only receive the card
authorization once you complete your purchase. We do not see any details regarding
credit card number, expiration, or security code. 


We charge Sales Tax for shipments where required by law.
