Shipping
Free from $49. Under $49 you pay the real USPS postage for your order (by weight and ZIP), shown in checkout before you pay. Heavy or bulky clinical items ship by ground (UPS or USPS) at the live rate shown in checkout. Pickup at our warehouse in Jamaica, NY is always free. Shipping details →
Every order is packed and shipped from our New York warehouse.
Yes. We email it with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened sterile or individually sealed items can't be returned, for health and safety reasons. Return terms →
Contact us as soon as it arrives ((718) 849-2030 or support@queenssurgical.net), with photos if you can. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Payment methods
By card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor, and never reach our servers.
