We collect only the information needed to process orders and serve you better: contact and billing details, shipping addresses and purchase history.

How we protect it

• We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
• Payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels.
• Business account information is kept confidential.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers.

Cookies

We use a cookie to remember your cart, one to keep you signed in to your account, and one that remembers for 30 days where your first visit came from (for example a Google Shopping listing), so we know which listings bring orders. Analytics, if used, are described here before they are switched on.

Emails

We email you about your orders. Offers and restock emails go only to people who ask for them, and every one has a way to stop them. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or removed, email support@queenssurgical.net.
